Terms & Permitted Use
Decipher & Atlas Media Inc. operates a global public systems intelligence platform. It provides public research, educational material, verification and systems analysis through its Systems Observatory and related publications, alongside Navigator membership and private client review services. Use the terms for the part of D&A you are using.
Public website and publications
Public material supports understanding of interconnected systems: their historical context, changing conditions, evidence, uncertainties and emerging trajectories. Assessments are bounded by their stated scope, dates and available evidence and may be revised. A trajectory describes an assessed direction of change, not a guaranteed prediction. Public material is not legal, financial, medical or investment advice. Public access does not create a professional-client relationship.
Intellectual property and permitted use
Decipher & Atlas publications, reports, indices, taxonomies, classifications, analytical frameworks, models, defined terminology, visual designs, software, databases, and other original materials are owned by or licensed to Decipher & Atlas Media Inc. and may be protected by applicable copyright, trademark, trade-secret, contract, and other intellectual-property laws. Decipher & Atlas™ identifies the Decipher & Atlas brand. Where identified, R.N. Crawford is the author or byline associated with the relevant work.
Membership or access to the website does not transfer ownership of any Decipher & Atlas intellectual property. Publicly released material may be read, quoted or cited in accordance with applicable law and appropriate attribution, and may be shared by linking to the original public page unless otherwise stated.
Unless permitted by applicable law or authorized in writing by Decipher & Atlas Media Inc., users may not reproduce or republish substantial portions of protected material; resell or commercially redistribute it; systematically scrape, copy or extract site content; create datasets from protected content; use protected content for artificial-intelligence model training, fine-tuning or evaluation; reverse engineer or extract non-public analytical methods, classification architecture or software; or circumvent access, technical or membership restrictions.
References on this site to Decipher & Atlas frameworks, taxonomies, models, classification architecture, defined terminology and intellectual architecture identify original organizational materials and methods associated with the platform. Such notices do not claim exclusive copyright in abstract ideas, facts, concepts or methods beyond the rights available under applicable law.

Navigator membership
Read the Member Terms for account eligibility, entitlements, payments, renewal, cancellation and community participation. Institutional Constellation access is agreed separately in writing.
Community Guidelines govern participation in member areas.
Navigator Verification & Critique
Read the Client Verification Terms for Verification, Critique and Complete Review, including scope, authorization, acceptance, payment, confidentiality and use of private findings.

Support the Work
Voluntary contributions support D&A’s work and do not include membership, review services, editorial influence or ownership. D&A is a for-profit company; it does not issue charitable donation tax receipts. Contributions are not currently open.
