This notice covers browsing the public Decipher & Atlas website and directs members and clients to the notices for their services. Decipher & Atlas Media Inc. is responsible for its handling of personal information.

Browsing the public website

You can read public material without creating an account. Hosting and security infrastructure may process technical information such as your IP address and request details to deliver pages, maintain the service and protect it from abuse.

Optional audience analytics are not enabled at this time. External resources linked or loaded by a page may be handled by their respective providers.

When you contact D&A

If you email D&A, the information you provide is used to respond to your enquiry and administer the related service. Please send only information needed for the enquiry. Client review material should be submitted through the private client intake rather than a public discussion area.

Member accounts and institutional enquiries

The Member Privacy Notice explains account information, guardian co-consent, membership payments, preferences, service providers, retention and privacy choices. It also covers Constellation enquiries.

Private client review

The Client Verification Privacy Notice explains the handling of submitted material, review records and client-service information. Read it with the Client Verification Terms, including the confidentiality and lawful-disclosure boundaries.

Supporting the work

When contribution checkout opens, Stripe will process card details and payment information under its own privacy notice. D&A will retain contribution and payment-reference information needed for receipts, accounting, refunds and payment enquiries. Card numbers and security codes should never be sent by email.

Retention, safeguards and choices

Information is retained as reasonably necessary for the relevant service, security, legal, tax, audit and dispute-resolution purposes. D&A uses safeguards appropriate to the information; no system is risk-free.

Other websites and changes

Other websites have their own privacy practices. This notice will be updated when public website practices materially change; the member and client notices apply separately to those services.
