Client Verification cases, submitted material, working analysis and reports are private by default and are not public publication records. Privacy is not an absolute promise of confidentiality: handling is subject to the confidentiality and lawful-disclosure provisions in the Client Verification Terms, including disclosures required by applicable law or valid legal process and narrowly necessary disclosures to address a credible and imminent risk of serious harm. D&A may use AI-assisted research or analysis under internal controls; final client findings require human review and approval. Submitted material is not authorized for publication, training, marketing or examples merely because it was provided for review. Production retention, deletion, storage region and secure-upload terms remain subject to final launch configuration and will be presented before production payment or upload is enabled.
