Client Verification Terms

Version 2026-10-04-v2 ยท Launch-review draft

The service reviews the defined material, question, evidence, scope and review period. Payment, when enabled, purchases a review service and does not guarantee a favourable result. A client may use what they learn to revise or improve their own work, conduct further research, make decisions, discuss findings privately with appropriate colleagues or advisers, and independently develop and publish their own work. Unless D&A separately authorizes it or disclosure is required by law, the client may not publish or republish the D&A report, certificate or seal, or publicly attribute D&A's private findings as an endorsement, certification or weapon against another party. D&A findings are analytical findings, not legal certification, guarantee, endorsement, legal advice, medical diagnosis or another regulated professional determination. Confidentiality and legal disclosure. D&A treats client materials, working records and reports as private, but does not promise absolute confidentiality and no solicitor-client, journalistic-source or other legal privilege is created by using this service. D&A may preserve, restrict access to, or disclose information where reasonably necessary to comply with applicable law, valid legal process, a court order or other lawful compulsory demand, or where D&A reasonably believes disclosure is necessary to address a credible and imminent risk of serious harm. D&A may decline, suspend, narrow or terminate a review where submitted material appears to involve serious unlawful conduct, threats, exploitation, fraud, or other misuse of the service. The client remains responsible for decisions, revisions, publications, distributions and actions taken after delivery. These launch terms are an internal risk-control draft pending external legal review.
